Returns

Each product sent out from T-Shirts-Mania.com, goes through a quality inspection process and is dispatched only after verifying it is fully undamaged.  

How to return an order

At T-Shirts-Mania, We do all we can to exchange or return items. If you are not satisfied with the quality or size of your shirts, we enable you to return the product and receive your money back, except for delivery costs. You must contact us within 14 days of taking out the invoice. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us for a reship less shipping. We do not have an exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your shirt please follow our return policy and then place a new order. Note: we do not accept returns on washed or worn items.

In case of an order which arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service department at info@t-shirts-mania.com for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation.

Canceling an order after submission

At T-Shirts-Mania.com, we want to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, so we begin working on your order shortly after you submit your order. Once you authorize your transaction, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate.
